Shipping & Service Delivery

Avenex Technologies is a software company. We do not ship physical products. Delivery means digital access to marketplace services, software, or agreed project deliverables.

Taskora marketplace delivery

Taskora connects companies with students and freelancers for short paid jobs (hours to a few days). Service delivery works as follows:

  • Companies post a job with a brief and budget; approved freelancers apply and agree on the work.
  • The company funds escrow. Work is delivered digitally through the platform (and related communication channels).
  • When the company accepts the work, Taskora releases payout from escrow to the freelancer's bank account or wallet (including JazzCash where available).
  • Platform fees on completed jobs: company pays agreed amount plus 10%; freelancer receives 90% of the agreed amount.

Timing depends on the job brief and when both parties complete their steps. Refund and dispute rules are described in our Return & Refund Policy.

Custom software & client projects

Custom engagements are delivered milestone by milestone. Each milestone's scope, acceptance criteria, and target date are set in the statement of work or proposal.

  • Deliverables are provided digitally (e.g. source code, deployments, documentation) as agreed with the client.
  • Payment is tied to milestones. Accepted completed milestones are not refundable; see the refund policy for unfinished work.
  • Schedules may shift by mutual written agreement if scope changes.
